Image is mounted on yellow stock. One edge is marked “ARTISTIC STEREO GEMS OF GETTYSBURG SCENERY” and the other states that the image was taken by Tipton.
The image was taken from the tower that once stood on East Cemetery Hill looking west. The view takes in the main gate to the National Cemetery, the large flag pole to the south of the main gate and in the distance the fields just south of the edge of town.
The contrast is light and the caption and image number cannot be read however details can be made out with little effort. The mount and image are in good condition with only light surface dirt. Reverse is blank.
