CONFEDERATE SPUR FROM GETTYSBURG

This is a brass spur complete with the yoke, arm and rowel. The spur is smaller than the regulation Union spur and is crudely finished. The arm that holds the rowel is more squared than rounded and the yoke arms are narrow. The iron rowel is crudely made with the teeth separated by uneven distances.

This spur came from a local sale here in Gettysburg.
