Original piece, published by Kurz & Allison, Chicago, IL, 1884. Measuring 25 x 17.5”, mounted in period gilt frame measuring 30.25 x 24.5”, with reverse hang-wire. Lower left margin caption: “July 1 2 & 3. Union (Gen. Meade, Com) Loss 32, 190., Conf. (36,000) loss. Bright color print has been professionally cleaned and provided with contemporary acid-free card backing. Frame exhibits one .5” chip on its left margin, and minor nicks elsewhere. Else VG to fine, and extremely handsome. Superb Gettysburg wall piece.
