Image is on a plain yellow mount. Both the image and print have some light to moderate surface dirt.
The reverse has a Tipton label titled “SIGHTS AND SCENES FROM THE BATTLEFIELD OF GETTYSBURG. Underlined on the label is caption 477 which reads “GENERAL HANCOCK AND STAFF.”
