The view was taken somewhere on Culp’s Hill. It shows trees damaged during the battle including two that have fallen over.

The view is number 522 and is captioned “EFFECTS OF MUSKETRY ON CULP’S HILL”

The contrast of the image is good and the mount has moderate amounts of dirt from age and storage.

Reverse has printed advertisement for Tipton’s Gettysburg views.
