Image shows the monument to the 4th Pennsylvania Cavalry erected on the east side of Hancock Ave in 1889.
Paper image and mount are mostly clean. Cream colored is devoid of any inscription. Both bottom left corners have small chips as does upper right. Image contrast is very good.
Reverse has strong and clear black ink stamp that reads “FRANK G. KLAGES / 4027 GREENMOUNT AVE, BALTIMORE, MARYLAND.” One corner of reverse has a penciled number “98.”
