Report is printed on both sides of a single sheet of paper that meas. approx. 5.50 x 8.75 inches. It is titled “REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE GETTYSBURG BATTLE-FILED MEMORIAL ASSOCIATION-ADOPTED JUNE 2, 1884.”

The report speaks of the passing of Mr. Robert G. McCreary who was Vice-President of the association and of land purchased from David Wills along the Mummasburg Road as well as tracts purchased from Mr. Bender and Mr. Codori. The report goes on to state that since it last met memorials and tablets were erected by the 88th, 72nd and 91st Pennsylvania and the 2nd Wisconsin. They also discuss money being donated by the state of Massachusetts.

Item is in good condition with light discoloration from age.
