STEREO VIEW OF SPANGLER’S SPRING

$35.00 SOLD

Quantity Available: None

Item Code: 205-89

Image shows two stone pilings where Spangler’s famous spring is located at the base of Culp’s Hill. The image is looking toward the base of the hill and gives a good view of the thick woods on the hill and how free the woods were of ground cover.

Paper image and mount are mostly clean with crease at center. Yellow colored mount has slightly chipped upper right corner. Image contrast is good.

Reverse has a period ink inscription that reads “#991 SPANGLER’S SPRINGS / CULP’S HILL.”
