Blue cardboard box that meas. approx. 2.75 x 5.25 x 0.75 of an inch. Printed in silver on the lid is “PRESENTED BY THE UNITED STATES ON THE 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BATTLE OF GETTYSBURG.” The lid is hinged and will easily open to expose a padded cloth interior.

The outside of the box has some minor chips to the finish at the corners but is otherwise good. The interior padding has some light surface dirt.

If you have the medal alone this box will definitely be an asset.
