This vase is made of a milky yellow glass with a stippled edge at top touched with gold paint. The vase meas. approx. 5.50 inches high and 2.25 inches across the bottom. The base has a sunburst pattern cut in to the glass at the very bottom while one side is painted with “GETTYSBURG, 1863” in two lines. This lettering is done in a brown colored paint over a faint gold floral design.

There is no maker’s mark and the vase is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.

These are not often encountered.
