This stereo view was produced by Levi Mumper. It is a picture of soldiers posing as casualties at Devil’s Den. The image was taken in November of 1863 while the soldiers were in Gettysburg for the dedication of the National Cemetery.

Image is on an orange mount with wider than normal borders and some surface dirt. Contrast is a little light.

The reverse has a listing of all the views in this series with the caption for this one underlined. Caption reads “DEAD ON ROUND TOP.”
