This glass paperweight is an early 20th Century souvenir. It meas. approx. 4.50 inches long x 2.50 inches wide x 0.75 of an inch thick. The glass is clean and clear and free of any defects.
Inside the weight is a view of the Gettysburg National Cemetery. The view appears to have been taken from the observation tower that once stood on East Cemetery Hill.
The reverse of the weight has the dark paper backing with some minor bubbling and a thin printed label that reads “PHOTOGRAPH COPYWRIGHTED BY W. H. TIPTON.”
