Found by local resident and relic hunter John Cullison; later part of the Rosensteel family collection, owners of the Electric Map Museum.

Due to the poor performance of this fuse, Southern arsenals converted the Bormann fuse to a paper time fuse plug by drilling a hole in the center of the fuse to take a paper time fuse. All numbers visible. Nice fired example.  [ws]
