This SNY belt plate was recovered by a member of the Rosensteel family in an area south west of the Weikert house along the Wheatfield Road near a stone wall bordering the property.
The plate has a brown face with clearly visible lettering that reads “SNY.” The raised edge of the plate is missing starting at the top of the letter “N” and running around to the side of the letter “Y.” Approx. 90% of the plate is present.
The reverse has all the remaining lead, both puppy-paw hooks and the tongue. [ad]
