Recovered by local relic hunter Ed Miller, who recovered this plate on Little Round Top. Nice dark olive patina, missing the two iron hooks. The Horse Soldier purchased this plate from Ed in September, 1991. A letter dated September 1, 1991 from him on Horse Soldier stationery is included.

Mr. Miller was a lifelong local Gettysburg resident, an individual who is well known to the Small family. Mr. Miller was an active relic hunter from the 1960's into the 1980's.
