Two piece brass medal features a top hangar with an image of wheat stalks surrounding two soldiers shaking hands and reads, “1863-1913, NEW YORK- GETTYSBURG”. Suspended from hangar is a cross shaped medal with the images of both General Meade and General Lee that reads, “MEADE, LEE”. Each side of cross has images of rifles, cannons and shields.

Reverse of top hangar has original pin, which fully functions. Entire length measures 2 ¾”.   [sm]
