This bell was found between Devil’s Den and Big Round Top in the woods near the parking lot. This relic was once part of the Iva Rosensteel Rider collection. Mrs. Rider is the sister of George Rosensteel, who started the Electric Map museum in Gettysburg. Eventually, it became a part of the Rider collection in Gettysburg, which remained in the family until The Horse Soldier purchased the collection in June 2016.

Petal style bell has decorative engraving and is marked, “NO. 5”. It is made of nickel plated brass and measures 1 5/8” across at the widest point. Shank top is present for attaching.     [sm]
