This relic was once part of the Iva Rosensteel Rider collection. Mrs. Rider is the sister of George Rosensteel, of the famed Gettysburg Rosensteel family, who held the primary collection of Gettysburg artifacts and started the Electric Map museum in Gettysburg. Eventually, it became a part of the Rider collection in Gettysburg, which remained in the family until The Horse Soldier purchased the collection in June 2016.  [SM]
