A nice dropped condition Spencer Rifle bullet. Carbines were not issued to troopers until August 1863. Found by local resident and relic hunter John Cullison, later part of the Rosensteel Family Collection, owners of the Electric Map Museum and then National Park Service Museum. [ws]
