Attractive souvenir badge for participants of the 27th Annual State Fireman’s Convention held in Gettysburg on October 1-6, 1906. About 3 ¾” long overall. Copper top bar has a spring pin on back and “SOUVENIR” on the front. A red, white, and blue ribbon is suspended from this with gold print detailing the above specifics of the meeting. A copper cross is attached to the bottom of the ribbon by a ring. In the center of the cross is a small brass medallion with fire service imagery front and back. This badge is in excellent condition, with strong ribbon and clean medals. [jet]
