Small green hardback book is a very nice early souvenir of Gettysburg. Twenty-four card stock pages fold out accordion style to show black and white lithograph images of the monuments and scenes of the battlefield. Marked on first page, “PRINTED 1898 BY WARD BROTHERS, COLUMBUS, OHIO AT THEIR FACTORY IN GERMANY. FROM PHOTOGRAPHS BY J.J. MUMPER, BATTLEFIELD PHOTOGRAPHER, GETTYSBURG, PA”.

Measures 5” by 6”. Pages have yellowed with age. First page has a chip at the top. Some splitting has occurred at the seams between several pages. Cover shows light wear all over, with heavier wear at the edges, corners and spine.  [sl]
