Breast plate has a very nice dark patina to its face with light colored dirt in the low areas causing the eagle to stand out. Face is free of any major chips or scratches.

Reverse has 95% of the lead fill. One eyelet is complete and the other is broken.

A nice Gettysburg recovered plate. [ad]
