Black cloth hardcover meas. approx. 8.75 x 11.25 inches. Title is stamped in gold in a red rectangle on both the front and spine. Front also has a 1^st Division, 1^st Corps badge and the several regiments making up the brigade are listed in gold. Exterior is very clean.

Interior is very clean and runs 253 pages with an index. Volume also has numerous maps and photographs.
