Cobalt blue salt and pepper shakers each display a colored image, one of the Pennsylvania State Memorial and the other of the Soldier's National Monument in Gettysburg. Both have gold gilt bands circling the tops as well as the images. Underside of one is stamped, "GERMANY".
Each measures 3.25" tall by 1.5" at the base. Both show minor chipping at the base. Missing inserts on bottom of each that would hold salt & pepper in the shaker. [sl]
