Gold colored coin inlaid in laurel wreath. The face of the coin has Union and Confederate cross flags with hands shaking in center. Around the center figure reads ‘50th ANNIVERSARY OF THE BATTLE OF GETTYSBURG.’ On the reverse of the token is another laurel wreath encircling the Lord’s Prayer. Stamped on the back within the circular boarder reads ‘SCHWAAB S.& S. CO., MILWAUKEE, WIS.’ There is a minor spot of discoloration on the front of the coin.
Very good condition coin commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg. [MK]
