Artillery.” Wraps, with marbled board covers. 297 pp., illus. plates. Exhibit light to medium wear & is moderately fragile, with detached covers; interior text yellowed, but entirely legible. Tight spine, pages signatures intact. Else Good plus.

Poague’s Battery was part of the famous Rockbridge Artillery. No information was found regarding Sampson Cox.

Surviving Confederate surgical manuals, ID’D to Assistant Surgeons, are so rare as to be almost non-existent. Accompanied by brief amount of internet material; further research certainly a possibility. [jp]
