Sharp clear image, with subject in standing frontal pose. 20th President of the U.S., Garfield served as an Ohio legislator, Civil War major general, and U.S. congressman. Elected in 1880, he was shot by assassin Charles Guiteau in June and lingered on before dying in September. Solid presidential collectible. [jp]
