Antique surgeon's bloodletting medical fleam bleeder with three blades. The outer sleeve is brass and the blades are steel.

The brass on the outer sleeve has a light to moderate patina. The three blades have light surface rust.

No maker’s mark, but there is a “K” scratched on each side of the outer sleeve.

Size: Closed 3”long, 1” wide. Each blade is about 3” long.
