Iron leg shackles with one solid locking cuff and one adjustable cuff. Not sure how the adjustable cuff works but the solid one has a lock and pin holding it closed. Shackles are connected by three thick 2 to 3 inch long links. Original working key is present and connected to the shackle by string. Iron is old but in good solid condition with no major rust or wear spots.
