Brass rectangular belt plate with embossed crossed rifles at center. Plate meas. approx. 3.00 inches long x 1.75 inches wide. The plate has clipped corners and is partially convex. Reverse has a wide tongue and an applied swiveling belt loop. From style and construction it looks to date from 1900-1925. There is a light patina on the surface and some small spots of darker discoloration.
