This die-struck tin plate has a spread-winged eagle at center surrounded by a border of 13 stars with a laurel wreath with patriotic shield across the bottom. The detail on the eagle’s wings are good but the body details are faint.

The face has a lost much of its surface finish. Reverse has tin tongue and bar still attached.
