Brass rectangular belt plate with a raised smooth and beveled border. Center od plate has a stippled background with an applied silver oak wreath at center. Within the wreath are the letters “N.G.P.” done in silver Gothic script. The high area of the border is bright and mostly clean while the lower surfaces have a dark patina. Very light tarnish on silver wreath and letters.
Reverse has wide tongue and bar keeper for attaching to a belt.
An attractive plate with a nice look.
