This die-struck rolled brass plate has a spread-winged eagle at center surrounded by a border of 13 stars. At bottom is a laurel wreath with patriotic shield. The details on the eagle are very good. The face is slightly convex and has some minor spots of discoloration.
Reverse has a bent and curled tongue and bar still attached. Bar still has the two iron retaining pins for attaching to a belt.
