Rectangular plate with brass keeper attached to one end. Raised decoration at center is a spread-winged eagle with a patriotic shield on his chest inside of an applied silver wreath that extends above the eagles wings.

Plate face is a bit wavy and there is a build-up of green discoloration around the edges of the wreath.

Reverse has a small tongue and a circular impression on the center of the plate.
