The face of this plate has a nice, semi- bright patina. Edge of plate is smooth and free of nicks. The reverse has 100% of the lead fill with both iron hooks. Hooks have slight surface rust. Maker’s mark on reverse reads, “J.I. PITTMAN”.    [SM]
