The face of this plate has a medium patina, with original gilt shining on high areas. There are some very small dings on face. Edge of plate has some very slight nicks. The reverse has 100% of the lead fill with both iron hooks. Hooks have light surface rust. Maker’s mark on reverse reads, “BOYD & SONS, BOSTON”. [SM]
