The face of this plate has a semi-bright patina, with some slightly darkened spots. Edge of plate has some very slight nicks. The reverse has 100% of the lead fill with both puppy paw hooks and tongue. Maker’s mark is present and reads, “W.H. SMITH, BROOKLYN”.    [SM]
