Very nice clean Model 1851 NCO belt plate with applied silver wreath. The detail on the eagle is very good and very pronounced. The silver wreath is clean and extends above the eagle’s wings.

Reverse has small tongue and is stamped at center “US ALLEGHENY ARSENAL” at center.

With the plate is the original brass keeper. Both the plate and the keeper bear bench mark number “4433.”  [AD]
