This Pattern 1826 cartridge box sling breast plate is in very nice condition. The face is mostly clean with tiny amounts of discoloration. The detail of the eagle is excellent. Reverse has 100% of the lead fill and both loops. Between the loops there is a weak stamping that reads “E. GAYLORD.”
