$135.00 SOLD

Quantity Available: None

Item Code: 763-11

This insignia meas. approx. 2.75 inches across x 1.75 inches wide. It has an oak leaf done in gold bullion thread inside a laurel wreath which is also done in gold bullion thread. The edges of the wreath extend a little higher on either side than on the early versions of this insignia. All embroidery is on black felt with a reinforced cheesecloth backing. The insignia is in good condition with only some slight moth bites along one edge of the backing. All the thread is complete and tight. Surfaces of the thread have some heavy tarnish from age and storage but that is to be expected.
