Leather carbine socket has original strap and buckle. Leather is in great condition, with slight crazing which is mostly on the strap. Stitching is tight. Strap is fastened to the socket with two copper rivets. Iron buckle has some light surface rust.
Measures 2 ¼” high x 2 ¼” in circumference. Strap measures 10 ½” long and has 4 holes punched for adjusting in the buckle.
