Item consists of brown leather drops with button over ends attached to a large flat brass hook. This item was attached to a belt and will allow a sword to be worn. One strap is marked but “ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL.” One drop meas. approx. 9.50 inches while the other is 23.00 inches.
Leather is dirty but can easily be cleaned. [AD]
