Black leather belt [buff reverse] measuring 37.75” in length, 1.875” in width, with three crunch holes, with keeper stitching [keeper missing]. The leather exhibits light cracking on the reverse and light wear and rubbing on the black, obverse side. Else strong & supple & VG overall. Buckle exhibits medium coppery patina, and has leather washer attached to the reverse. On this rare dragoon buckle the puppy paw & hooks are reversed, with the puppy paws on the left. Buckle exhibits minor nicks, else VG and solid. These dragoon belted dragoon buckles are scarcely seen. Superb belt & buckle collectible.
