Black bridal leather, 36 x 1.625”, with seven attachment holes. Standard oval “US” arrow hook belt plate, with lead reverse backing. Leather exhibits moderate wear and cracking, with one worn spot, while remaining supple. Plate exhibits medium coppery patina. Displays a few heavy dings on the left arm of the “U”, and is slightly bent at the extremities, while retaining general symmetry. Solid display piece, exuding plenty of character. [jp]
