Here is a very nice, unissued Civil War U.S. belt and buckle. The buckle is the early dragoon style with “puppy-paw” hooks mounted behind the “S”. Shows no wear, but a few small dings. Dark patina on face. The belt is brown buff leather, approximately 38” long with brass keeper. Leather likewise in very good, albeit somewhat stiff condition. This is a very good condition, unissued belt and buckle. [jet]
