Leather has surface creasing from use throughout. It also has been treated with some leather dressing that makes it a little oily to the touch. Box is in solid condition. All seams are tight. Outer flap is lightly stamped with “USN” in an oval. Inner flap has inspector’s stamp and Philadelphia maker’s mark. Both belt loops are present on back.
