US Dyer cartridge box in very good condition. The outer surfaces of the box exhibit light wear from age and use. The outer flap has light to moderate crazing throughout. There is an embossed “US” in an oval. Latch-tab has both a copper rivet and sewn attachment and is in solid condition. Interior has the original canvas loops meant to hold rifle cartridges. The bottom of the box has round brass finial. Reverse is in good condition with both belt and sling loops attached with copper rivets. The belt loops show some light wear.
