Rock Island Arsenal stamp, reverse side. Brown leather pouch with oval “US” embossed front flap, w/brass plated flap-finial attachment. Measures 6.5 x 2 x 5”. Features riveted reverse belt loops, and wool lined inner pocket. The leather is in good, with some cracking round the front flap outer edges. Stitching tight, inner ears solid. In all, VG plus. An excellent Custer-era cavalry collectible. [jp]
