Rock Island Arsenal stamp on reverse side. Brown leather pouch with oval “US” embossed front flap, and brass plated flap-finial attachment. Measures 6.5 x 2 x 5”. Features riveted belt loops on reverse, and wool lined inner pocket. The leather is in good, with some very light crazing in areas. Stitching is tight, inner ears solid. In all, VG plus. An excellent Indian Wars-era cavalry collectible.  [sl]
