Leather is in good condition. Outer flap has stamped “USN” in an oval. Latch tab is good and is held in place by single row of stitching. No inner flap. The body of the box has been cut down for post-war cartridges. The sides of the box show some crinkling and wear from something heavy being on top of it for a long time. Large leather belt loop on back at top.
